From valuation for probate to actual sale of the property 18months later Daniel at Kendrick has been professional in advising on the procedure, giving realistic market value of the house and also has shown compassion with marketing the property and also showing a compassion to myself in the sale of a much loved family home. I sold my property through Kendricks. It proved to be a very complicated and drawn out sale due to unforeseen title issues. Dan and Paul supported me the whole way and we’re always available to give advice, including about the purchase of my new property. Communication was calm. excellent and speedy. I’m really glad I chose Kendricks and don’t think a standard agency could have handled this so well. I appreciate all the hard work the team put in to make this sale go through and recommend Kendricks to anyone wanting an honest and smooth selling experience.

Kendrick Property Services is the most professional estate agents I have ever used or encountered! They literally strive to deliver! Nothing is too much hassle for them. They are always courteous and proactive in their approach, and are great communicators. They not just helped me (I was the seller in this instance) but they also helped the buyer with the entire conveyancing process. I was assigned Dan to look after me. I could not of asked for anyone better! He really did go above and beyond his role to deliver. I cannot thank him enough. This was not a smooth sale (not their fault) but they did everything possible for me and the buyer to achieve our goals. Paul Kendrick who was riding shotgun for Dan was also amazing. Their entire team are friendly and knowledgeable and professional in every sense. In the future I will always use them and highly recommend them to everyone I know. You WILL be in very safe hands.
