Only serves the interests of seller. When we tried to negotiate the house price, we were told it will leave a bad taste with the sellers, and they unprofessionally discouraged from negotiating. Don't they know a simple rule of buying/selling, negotiation is critical. Didn't even come to handover the house keys on the completion date, we were asked instead to collect the keys from their office. Other agencies have been far too polite and courteous.

Very bad experience , the agents do not care about the Byers but only the seller. Will try all the tricks to secure a sell even if the buyer is being tricked. Not recommend especially for buying . Would never use them... Read Full Review
