What can I say after buying and selling a few properties in my lifetime, I finally appreciate the need for an estate agent. Even though I can be demanding, I am by no means unreasonable and simply expect a customer centric service. With that in mind, Filipe of Right Move (Eltham branch) was superb, had very difficult seller, who was inconsistent, yet Filipe stepped in and was constantly available and so responsive. His experience and "can do" attitude saved the day. He also managed to absorb my frustrations and keep calm. Filipe definitely earned his commission.
