We may be incredibly tenacious, but giving buyers the hard sell isn\'t our style. People intuitively know when a property is right for them. We are simply here to steer them towards it and then make the path to owning it as smooth as possible.
We\'re the calm, diplomatic interface between a buyer and seller, landlord and tenant. Holding a chain together is about reaching an understanding. Sometimes it requires using a bit of creativity; thinking outside the box. Solving problems laterally comes from years of experience of selling property.
We genuinely care about finding people their perfect home. We may see you in the street, the local shop or at the school gates and we want to know that we got it right!

During the initial market appraisal, Ben took the time to understand our position and explain what Benjamins could offer us. We were given a comprehensive overview of how the sale process would work, the type of buyer we would be looking for, and the strategy that Benjamins would use to market our home. This was a huge contrast to other local agents we’d spoken to, whose main concern appeared to be having their ‘for sale’ board outside our house and maintaining their presence in the area.
Our next visit was from Kayleigh, who photographed the property, prepared the sales particulars, and offered some excellent advice on staging our home for photographs and viewings. The property went live on Rightmove and both Kayleigh and Mora arranged the viewings around our (sometimes hectic) diary, to cause minimum inconvenience for us.
We were fortunate to receive multiple offers on our property and Kayleigh offered sound and well-considered advice on the best offer to accept.
We were then passed to the Sales Progression team. Penny, Imogen and Sharon kept us well informed throughout the process and regularly chased solicitors to ensure that everything kept moving. Special thanks to Penny who provided us with a local contact to provide a report requested by our solicitors at the last minute.
Throughout the process we have felt in safe hands. What could have been a very stressful time has been made so much easier thanks to the professionalism, expertise, and care of everyone at Benjamins.

Just wanted to share my views on using Benjamin to buy my new home. Imogen and Lauren were absolutely tremendous in helping me buy my forever home. I had lots of stressful times using my solicitors and they were both really keen to help keep the communication going between the buyers and myself. I don’t believe I would’ve bought this house so smoothly if they hadn’t got involved and especially at the end, trying to arrange a completion and exchange date, They went above and beyond what I was expecting and I really appreciated all their help. If was selling my house again I would not hesitate to use Benjamin’s.

Rented a property through this estate agent for a year. They were fantastic and very easy to rent from. Any issues we had they resolved, and were always friendly and kind. I've been into the office a few times and its a joy to walk in to smiley faces though they did have to put up with my constant chatter at times so forgive me haha!
They even gave me a welcome pack when I picked up the keys, which was such a lovely thing to do and sets them apart.I wouldn't hesitate in using them again

Really professional and efficient service!
Kayleigh was excellent throughout this process keeping me up to date and informing me how things were going. I felt very looked after and at ease throughout the sale.
Imogen was great after she took over in the sales progression team also. I felt like my interests were genuinely looked after and most importantly like the team cared about me.
Massively impressed considering the difficulty of the market and costs of living etc.
