Amazing service from start to finish. We were very impressed with the service we received. Very knowledgeable about the property we were viewing which we have not found with other companies. We have found with other companies that we asked questions about a property and the don’t know the answer. This is not the case with quayles. Lisa knew everything about the house and much more. Lisa has great advice and nothing it so much to ask. We are very greatful to them for helping us to purchase our new house. Richard was more than happy to meet us at the house for us to take measurements and was very patient with us. Would recommend Quayles 100%

Brilliant. Recently sold two properties - a "prestige" apartment and an old stone cottage / farmhouse through Quayles. Neither were "run of the mill", each would only appeal to specific types of buyers. Lisa and Richard were diligent, attentive, communicative and professional throughout. Got both properties sold for us, and I unreservedly recommend Quayles as your first choice of selling agent on the Isle of Man.
Sheesh! I'm endorsing an Estate Agency :o ... but they deserve it. Went above and beyond to help us sort out issues with one of the properties, found suitable tradesmen to get the remedial work done etc. Cannot imagine how they could have been more helpful, earned every penny of their fees. Happy customer.

We came to Quayles having had a rough time and for a long time. We had actually almost given up hope, having had some unimaginably difficult experiences.
Quayles were unbelievably kind and had an integrity from the outset which they never lost. They advocated for the owners as their clients with professionalism and calm and they did this without making us as buyers feel it was ever an ‘us’ or ‘them’ situation. The owners were thoroughly decent and kind as well. Everyone worked together in a straightforward and honest way to help us buy our first home. From meeting a grinning Joe at the door on the first viewing, to speaking with Lisa on the phones (who has a genuine passion for the history of the houses Quayles sell as well as efficiency and experience that can help you stay on track at tricky moments), to meeting Richard at the house after the offer had long been accepted, to measure up, every member of their team had an important part to play in bringing us home. We are more grateful than we can say.

Buying a home is certainly one of the most stressful things in life, my experience was made so much worse by some other Estate Agencies total lack of care.
However, after meeting with Lisa from Quayles, it became immediately apparent that this agency was very different from the others. They gained my trust immediately, spoke with me openly and honestly and gave me great confidence to move forward with my purchase, safe in the knowledge that Quayles genuinely wanted the best for both myself and the vendor.
While the market is still pretty crazy due to the pandemic, friends and colleagues continue share their horror stories of losing properties in the later stages or after spending sums of money on the process, my advice is simple, go to Quayles because they understand the fears of the buyer but more importantly, you can TRUST them, 100%.
Genuinely couldn't be happier and I will only ever use Quayles in the future.

I tried two other agents before I found Quayle's. They have been excellent and I would never use anyone else now. Their professionalism and customer service is second to none. They kept me informed and I always knew I was in safe hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Both Lisa and Richard are wonderful to deal with and Joe in the office is always helpful and super efficient.
