This is the second time I've used Seddon's Cullompton, the first time I purchased a house through them and received an excellent professional service. When I wanted to sell I didn't even think of using anyone else. I was not disappointed, the service they gave was just as good. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were well informed about my house and subsequent sale. I was kept up to date every step of the way. If someone said they would come back to me when I asked a question they always did. I can't recommend Seddon's of Cullompton enough. If you're looking for an estate agent look no further you won't be disappointed.

When I wanted to sell I didn't even think of using anyone else. I was not disappointed, the service they gave was just as good. Nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were well informed about my house and subsequent sale. I was kept up to date every step of the way. If someone said they would come back to me when I asked a question they always did.
I can't recommend Seddon's of Cullompton enough. If you're looking for an estate agent look no further you won't be disappointed.

We chose Seddons as we had bought the house many years before through them and had received a good service. From the first meeting with Rob we found all our contact with all his staff extremely professional and helpful. A very professional sales package with photographs, drone and video presentations.
Once we reached the sale and purchase stage I simply do not think we would have reached a successful conclusion had it not been for the tireless work put in by Tracey our principle contact supported by the other members of the Team. Tracey held the whole chain together, constantly phoning and messaging solicitors and other Estate agents. When we had a few tense moments in getting to the exchange stage Tracey was truly brilliant.
I cannot recommend Seddons in Cullompton and all the staff highly enough.

Firstly Rob and his team provided an extremely accurate valuation of our home for sale. Another, slightly lower cost agent, gave a far more optimistic valuation and we regrettably went with them initially.
However this was a dead end and resulted in poor marketing, an unappealing price and few viewings. We then switched to Seddons and have been blown away by their improved service provide.
Although slightly more expensive they were worth every penny and his team are extremely efficient and professional and not only do a great job in marketing the property, they really drove through the sale by liaising with all parties to ensure timely exchange and completion. And the initial valuation was spot on too.
By far the best estate agents we have used.
