Established in 2007 we manage over 1,400 properties through the Property Lettings side of our business and, on average at any one time, have in excess of 150 homes For Sale through our Property Sales side of the business. We also buy, sell and manage properties of our own and cover most aspects of the property ind
ustry.
With more staff than ever before - 23 in total - the whole company is now structured around our staff and has had to adapt to change. We firmly believe as owners of the business that all of our staff play a key role in the success of Beecroft Estates and they are our lifeblood so to speak.

Initially we chose Beecroft because at the time it was the only estate agent in the town where our property was domiciled. Even though that office closed shortly after, the property went up for sale in June, and thereafter dealt with staff at the neighbouring town and found them very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We dealt with a number of staff arranging site viewings, which they carried out the vast majority, and in the last few months with Brodie, in particular, who steered through the sale 5 months after being first put on the market. If and when we decide to sell another property we would have no hesitation in using their services once again.

I am delighted with the services offered by Beecroft estates. I had recently purchased the properties in Rotherham/Mexborough area. I was looking for agents who could offer me services like finding a tenant, helping me to refurb by referring to trustworthy traders, and taking over the tenancy management.
Based on online research, I found that Beecroft suits all my needs. Their service is gratifying, maintaining honesty and professionalism in every step and making my life earlier with a limited involvement to manage the properties. They are willing to take over any problem and try to resolve it as their own. After interacting with them, I feel more confident as an investor.
I do not hesitate to refer them to any landlord who wishes to get such services in that area.

Upon us providing our notice, communication ceased almost entirely, to the point where it took us almost FIVE MONTHS to reclaim our deposit, simply down to inaction on the part of Beecroft in providing information. Their effort in helping us resolve a dispute with the landlord was also almost non-existent.
Staff were largely professional, if impersonal. Getting a conversation at all was the problem.
If responsiveness and organisation were improved, I would recommend this business, but sadly I can't based on my experience.
