I could not recommend Oliver Jaques more. Me and my partner had to deal with some administrative difficulties and Ben has been extremely professional and understanding on our situation. He is really reactive and makes his most for both the landlord and the tenants, with great communication along the process. Best agent I ever had for sure.

Ben (Property Consultant) and Rosalie (Sales Progressor) made what was a very very quick turnround (at our request) incredibly smooth. Both were very very responsive and helpful throughout. We enquired about a different property and it was Ben's idea to show us the one we eventually chose. He always had a smile on his face and very relaxed whilst exceedingly helpful. Rosalie was a true star, always on our side, a creative problem solver and helped massively with a - at times - very unresponsive solicitor. Having dealt with numerous estate agents in the past, we felt throughout the whole process that Ben and Rosalie genuinely cared and I couldn't recommend them more.

Being on-site, they have a unique viewpoint and are best placed to capture all renters/purchasers.
Both Ben and Mike excelled and went beyond what you would expect in this scenario. Always happy to help and certainly with a positive and cheerful attitude, demonstrating what it takes in their roles in a modern environment.

Fahim was probably the best estate agent I dealt with over the course of about 6 months looking for my first property.
He was super knowledgeable about the properties and surroundings, took plenty of time to show me around and answer my questions and most importantly, it never felt like he was b*******tting me.

From start to finish, selling my apartment, I could not fault the service and professionalism of the team at Oliver Jaques. In Particular, Serkan and Rosalie.
Serkan handled the initial valuation, managed and updated the listing, gave me regular updates on interest in the apartment and feedback after every viewing. He gave me excellent advice in a difficult market and found the right buyer for me.
Rosalie assisted with the progression of the sale once I had accepted an offer. She chased the solicitors the whole time and kept everything moving. Gave me constant updates, answered all my questions and really helped make the process far easier and less stressful for me.
I can honestly recommend Oliver Jaques. Thank you Serkan, Rosalie and team.

My friends and family also felt the same and rented as well as bought from OJs. I am always happy to recommend Oliver Jacques to anyone that is looking to move.
The viewings are accommodating especially after my work which I am grateful for.

I’ve unfortunately had a purchase of a property fall through while trying to buy via another agent recently.
I had pretty much given up hope until speaking to Fahim. His level headed energy and positive vibes is exactly what the doctor ordered. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond to answer any questions I’ve had as well as letting me know when a suitable property hits the market. He’s a great ambassador for Oliver Jaques and is the main reason I will strictly be purchasing via the Jaques team - trust, honestly and reliability is everything, especially when purchasing a home.

I listed my flat for sale during a very difficult market period and was still able to get innumerable viewings which eventually lead to an offer, when other almost identical properties were struggling to get people through the door. The team took full advantage of drop-ins where they could and I have no doubt that this proactive approach was what lead to my offer. They also made sure to show my flat to people who had expressed interest in similar properties in case one person fell in love with it like I did.

Serkan is very charismatic and always gives the right advice, and there's no second guessing whether or not he is giving you the truth. As an anxious seller, I was also constantly inundating him with questions and he was incredibly patient. I always appreciate that!

Early Termination of Tenancy - If, for any reason, you request your landlord to agree to ending the tenancy earlier than the end date set out in the tenancy agreement (or in line with any break clause included in the tenancy agreement) then he/she does not have to agree to this.
