The Norwich Office Team are outstanding. From my initial meeting with Darren who talked real sense, through Ellie's wonderful copywriting skills and Mike's sublime photography, Heidi's creativitity and flair in producing a spectacular brochure, Richard Billings and Tamsin's superb sales skills and Julie's absolutely brilliant sales management. I can't thank the team enough for selling my home and for the fact that they all really care about their work and customers. Professionalism is a given at this level of the market but what matters to me is how these very special people made me feel. They have helped me through a stressful and life-changing period of my life with humour, compassion and understanding. I would recommend the Norwich Team of Fine & Country to anyone who values the human touch in an increasingly online estate agency market. The results speak for themselves and I couldn't be more delighted with everything that they have done for me.
