We contacted Up Estates to list our house sale, and they were proactive and helpful. The photos taken by Simon were fantastic, and the listing did a brilliant job of representing our home.
Booking viewings with Becky and the team was a breeze - they are so quick to respond and did a great job of handling viewing requests. The advertising clearly worked as we had loads of viewings and agreed the sale within a couple of weeks.
We were then transitioned over to our sales progressor, Emily, who was supportive and attentive, regularly checking in with us and providing useful updates.
While searching our onward purchase we had contact with 17 different agents in the area and none of them are close to the response times, information, and general effort level seen at Up Estates.
From start to finish, the service was 5stars. Everyone we spoke to at the business clearly cares about doing a great job. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

You usually only hear feedback when things go wrong however I’m very impressed with the service we had from UpEstates in Nuneaton. They helped made a seamless experience whilst I was living in New Zealand & made selling our house much less daunting. They were great at keeping us informed & chasing up tasks. I hope to not be selling or buying a house again for a while but if I do, I would use these guys again. Thank you! They also helped me regain confidence in estate agents after having an appalling experience with another company.

I have sold 3 properties via Up Estates, and let 1 with them also. Having interacted with many agents, Up Estates are by far the best on a number of different fronts. The advice they give is honest, experienced but always to help maximise the sale or rent price. The photography and marketing was of the highest quality, I had regular calls and communication with the team and they helped right through till the last day. Emily worked hard to ensure all parties in the chain were in sync and when I rented my flat out Keeley ensured I got the best tenants. This is the company. Their fees are fair, competitive and give an incredible service for the price.
