Have always had a great service from Blank Stanley. Nathan and Geniene provided a seamless service this year. I use the management service for my letting in Hackney, as I live in Melbourne, and I find dealing with Blake Stanley always pleasant and professional. I've used other larger estate agents in the past and had terrible experiences in comparison. Used Blake Stanley consistently for several years now without a hitch.

George, Nathan & the lettings team have been extremely proactive from the start and were very accommodating to the speedy timelines I was looking to meet. From giving me honest advice about how best to price & market the property, to finding me some great tenants - Blake Stanley have been great to work with, and I'm very happy with the level of service I've received from them so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Less than satisfied....
After my initial interaction with their customer facing sales and letting team i was passed over to their management team. The two divisions are like chalk and cheese.
The management team mishandled our then tenant to the point he froze them out and refused to pay rent. We were forced to take the property back to keep the peace.
The agency then lost our spare set of keys and all manuals to the property. Our request for token compensation have been ignored.
Not a safe pair of hands for our investments.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
In order for your concerns to be addressed as efficiently as possible, we would ask that you raise your complaint in writing to the member of staff that you are in direct contact with. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. The person in receipt of the complaint will aim to rectify your concerns within 3 working days of the complaint being made.
If your complaint hasn’t been resolved within 3 working days, it will be escalated to the Department Manager who will aim to resolve your complaint within 10 working days of the original complaint. If your complaint remains unresolved then it will be escalated to the Office Manager.
If the Office Manager is still unable to resolve your complaint within 13 working days of original complaint then it will be escalated to a Director.
The Director will acknowledge your complaint on the date that the complaint is passed to them. The Director will aim to rectify the problem to a satisfactory outcome within 2 working days of them receiving the complaint.
Your complaint should be dealt with within 15 working days of the original complaint, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
We are Members of The Property Ombudsman
If your complaint still remains unresolved then it can be escalated to The Property Ombudsman.
