Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents was launched in January 2004 from a small serviced office in Mill Hill. Managing Director, Steven Wayne launched the business aged just 22 years old, having had only 3 years previous experience in the property industry.
Since then, Steven has grown and developed the business which
now operates with large and successful Sales (Residential and Commercial), Lettings and Property Management departments spread over three branches, and a well-established Block Management practice.

They were super friendly from the start. They always tried to keep me informed as much as possible and we're very approachable. I had a very difficult journey during the sale process and everybody got frustrated with one another towards the end but I wouldn't blame the service of Benjamin Stevens for that competely. They were very prompt on the completion date and I even got a little gift package as well to start my new home life! Would definitely recommend as I had very bad customer service experience with other estate agents.

Can't rate Scott and the Bushey team highly enough. Did both my sale and purchase and no one has a better knowledge of the local area. Scott was extremely knowledgable about the area and the property market in general, he was also open and honest, wasn't afraid to give his opinion on an area that he knew 10 times better than we did despite our extensive research. Upon the viewing, Scott was telling us a story along with showing us round the property in order for us to envisage living there,, Scott has been fantastic throughout the entire process.
