Big thanks to LARISSA who saved the day and got us out of a very tricky situation ( never leave your bank cards in a safe drawer on one of three removal vans) she is a Diamond with a capital D.

Our experience with Danes Wythall has been absolutely fantastic!
As soon as we met Pat, we knew we’d be choosing Danes. She was so knowledgeable of the local area and she priced our house well (but was also realisitic☺️)
All agents that did the viewings with Danes were always really organised and informative.
Once the house was sold, Larissa and Pat were absolutely incredible with helping the sale go through. They were always on the other end of the phone and were SO helpful with any issues as well as informative. Larissa was always in touch with regular updates.
We fully recommend Danes Wythall to anyone in the local area who is thinking of selling/buying a home.

The whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I’ve previously been unsure about the value of an estate agent but they proved themselves to be worth their weight in gold. Everything was arranged for us and they managed to secure the price we needed for both the sale and purchase. Danes also stepped in and made sure the solicitors and other parties were kept in the loop at all times ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Do not hesitate in using their services!
