We've just completed our move with Country Properties, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the team was brilliant in finding us the perfect home while securing a fantastic buyer for ours. The entire process ran so smoothly, thanks to their expertise and care.
Jake, who initially valued our house, truly understood what we were looking for. Even though we viewed several properties, he always knew “the one” was coming to market and expertly timed our sale to align with it. Billie was excellent during negotiations, ensuring our sale price matched the purchase of our new home—her attention to detail really made a difference.
Sasha was an absolute star when progressing the sale, keeping everything on track with clear communication and such a lovely, supportive approach throughout. We were also fortunate to have a great chain that worked collaboratively to make the process stress-free. Ken was fantastic in managing all negotiations around fixtures and fittings, helping us tweak things until everyone was happy.
We're so grateful for the exceptional service we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Country Properties to anyone. A huge thank you to the whole team for helping us find and secure our dream renovation project.

This was a difficult sale which Country Properties handled with great professionalism and care. Sasha did not leave a stone unturned to ensure all problems with the chain below were sorted and solved, making direct contact with the most appropriate people to keep the process moving. It took a little while but the house sale climate is not great right now and well done for getting this one across the line.

What a fantastic team at Ampthill Country properties. The service they provide there out shines anything else we have come across by miles. We have had such a great experience selling our house with them. Ken was brilliant when he came out to value our house and take pictures and he got it on the market super quick. Lynne was great and so helpful. Billie was always friendly and did every she could to help. What can I say about Sasha just wow, she really did go above and beyond!!! She did absolutely everything she could to make it as smooth as possible for us and was constant with her updates. Her kindness and professionalism is on another level.
