I cannot praise Ryan enough for the outstanding service he provided as my real estate agent during the past two years. From the moment I signed the rental agreement, he demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that is truly commendable.
Throughout the entire rental period, Ryan ensured that every step of the process was seamless. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, he was always just a phone call or email away, and his responses were not only prompt but also thorough and informative. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his clients and their satisfaction.
One aspect that particularly stood out to me was Ryan’s diligence in handling the deposit refund. Having heard horror stories from friends about difficulties with getting deposits back, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly Ryan managed the process.

The best estate agent in Guildford
I instructed Cobbles to sell my retirement flat in Guildford. Ryan came out and did the valuation and found me a buyer within two days of the property going on the market. Ryan was extremely professional, and knew the local market really well. After the property went under offer, the excellent service continued and both Ryan and James, progressed the sale to completion.
Overal it was a completely stress free sale and I would highly recommend Cobbles.

I used Cobbles to purchase my first property and couldn’t fault them at all throughout the entire process. Isobel showed us around the property upon first viewing and was able to answer any questions we had. Ryan mainly handled our case throughout and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Being a first time buyer there were multiple things that I was unaware of however Ryan was able to explain them all to a great level of detail whilst also being receptive to my lack of knowledge. Alongside this there were quite a few issues / problems with our solicitors and Ryan was able to assist us and help us with all of this. Whilst Ryan was on leave, James stepped into cover and exactly in the same manor was able to fully assist us. I can’t thank Cobbles enough for all of their help throughout and would highly recommend them to anyone!
