The team are always on hand to help, communicate well, easy to get hold of whenever we have an issue with the property. People are often nervous of private rental properties - we are lucky our landlord is amazing - but I would fully recommend Patrick Williams Tilehurst as they have made the whole process so easy and we feel completely at ease renting through them.

I've been at my property for 11 years now and Shelley Harkin has been my main point of contact at Patrick Williams for the majority of it. From dealing with property inspections and organising maintenance tasks to general queries she always works in an efficient, friendly, professional manner with good communication.
She is always of a happy disposition and gets to know her clients so well that she can tell who's calling without needing to ask and automatically books your appointments in to fit around your usual schedule. Over the years she has really helped keep me motivated to keep the property in as good as condition possible. She is a real credit to the team and after seeing my son go from nursery school all the way up to secondary, she now feels more like a family friend than somebody who just does paperwork for the house.

I've been renting with Patrick Williams for over two years and wouldn't want to be with another group of agents. Shelley Harkin has always been helpful, positive and responsive, and my contract renewal, handled by Jane Telford, was smooth and clearly explained.
Any checks and maintenance needs have been clearly communicated and arranged at times that suit everyone. The contractors they use have all been friendly and professional.
This is my first rental in Reading so I feel very lucky to have found such a great team!
