Basically from the Start I wasn't happy with the 'service' provided. They took our money & did little else. Personally I wouldn't have done it this way,as if you've already paid for a service,why would it continue. But men don't listen.The photos they took first time around were terrible. We had to ask them back to take new after months of having no potential buyers. We had over 6 viewings booked, only for them to cancel last minute. Or viewings booked that didn't turn up, never to be heard of again.Obviously things happen, but it was a bit coincidental that it was that many times. The agents at faho didn't communicate well,or keep in regular contact. The viewings we did have,faho said they couldn't contact them after to gain feedback,they phoned,left messages,emails etc but every single person never responded. I find that utterly ridiculous that nobody who viewed the property, would not answer a phone call. faho already had our money,so really didn't have to do anything else to help to sell our house. Why would they. They'd got £900 to put a post on a fence & some pictures online.Almost 6 months of being on the market,I finally persuaded my partner to go with another estate agent, which again meant paying out fees. Our home has sold within 3 weeks. This tells you all you need to know. DO NOT PAY the cheaper one off fee. you will end up paying out again anyway,so may as well go with a well known company. We used bury & Hilton, excellent from start to finish. Will not recommend faho to anyone. One last point,on their Facebook page, there's only 5 * reviews from the past 2 years.....but the company has been going for over 10...you can't leave a review on their Facebook page....& They have buyers waiting for houses .... Also men, listen to your woman, she's always right.

The team at FindAHome are fantastic, and were absolutely the right choice for the sale of our property. We dealt with Joe and Steve, who were both wonderful. Joe was very friendly and professional when he came to photograph our property, and he explained all of the fees and services to us brilliantly. We definitely got a fantastic deal on the services used! For the majority of the sale process we dealt with Steve, who we honestly cannot thank enough. He has been incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, and is a real credit to FindAHome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always there with words of encouragement and support. All viewings were conducted by Joe or Tom and we had immediate feedback and then all through completion we have been kept up to date often contacting buyers solicitors for information.
