USE THIS ESTATE AGENT!! They're superb. Excellent value. A1 communication. They really do work for their commission unlike others we've used. Our sale and purchase was tricky and without GTH it might not have happened at all. Charlotte in particular went above and beyond and often helped us on her days off. Charlotte is a credit to the company and indeed the industry. Thank you GTH.

There were also a couple things that made me feel that my interests were not being served in the way I would hope and expect for the fee being paid. I indicated on the form that I did not want a For Sale sign at the property and yet was asked twice if I would put a sign at the property (what is the point of filling out a form if it is ignored?). As our property did not go on the market, there was no need for photos. We agreed that GTH could take some for their publicity but we were then asked to pay for it (needless to say we did not).

Christina Jones provided an excellent service second to none. Christina was incredibly hard working for us from the very beginning. Committed, dedicated, honest and highly professional at all times. Our particular situation was very very unique, and therefore more unusual than majority of sellers on the market. Christina understood this very well, and worked with us until the end. Although yes, it's a service that we are paying for, Christina went above and beyond and cannot thank her enough for all the support she gave myself and my husband. I would definitely recommend GTH in Dorchester to everyone because of this. Paul Chivers equally delivered a very high standard of service. And remained dedicated to us as the vendor. Though it would be fair to say that it was mainly Christina that worked along side ourselves for the majority of the process. Paul was highly professional throughout as was the whole team at GTH. What agent could do to change your mind?
I would have liked it if they had remembered I was their client and they were acting for me. It didn\'t feel like it.

In exasperation after six months I asked to be put in direct contact with the other party. They didn't comply.

They did ok finding viewings etc.
