We have only been in the UK for a couple of years, and not fully immersed on ‘lettings’ procedures yet. Nick was not only professional and courteous however, but warm in his approach, ensuring that we understood each step of the way, and was happy to re explain anything needed - much appreciated Nick! Nick was extremely honest about the situation with our rental coming up to the contract date, as the previous tenant wasn’t yet sure of their move-out date. He worked with us across the previous month, assuring us that we would get our deposit back if we found something else sooner, but reassuring us that place was ours as soon as it became available. It became available, and we couldn’t have been more happier with that we waited a bit extra. 5 months later, and a real blessing to be living where we are, with Nick’s ongoing support. With a rapid week’s turnaround, from notice given, we were in our new rental in no time! All of the contractors whom Nick uses to support with repairs, maintenance, etc., are extremely professional, and equally kind - a refreshing part of our relocation. I am equally grateful that Nick has also responded to ALL my questions/requests within hours of my message, and has always followed through with his commitments to us. This really is key for me as a tenant, knowing that if ever water or heat is not working, that I can count on my agent to be there to support us promptly - thank you Nick. We haven’t had many experiences with agents, because we haven’t been here long, but we have heard enough horror stories from friends and colleagues, to know that we are in good service with Nick. Thank you for your professional service and your human care with our relocation Nick, and we are delighted to recommend your services to others.
