I sent an email late last night about a major concern flagged by my solicitor and Charlotte took the time to call me first thing this morning and put my mind at ease by explaining the process to me, she also then liased with my HA to further assist me and we now have full clarification. When I had bad news last year regarding an offer, Charlotte was very empathetic and talked me through the situation on the phone, whereas I feel some people might just send an email, she really goes above and beyond for customer service.

Property Eagle were recommended to me by my partner who had used them before for a house sale, I was dubious about using an online agent but I am so glad that I did. From start to finish the service that I have received selling my house has been excellent. All the way through I have had lots of help and support especially from Charlotte who was very patient with me and Melissa who got my valuation done and my house advertised efficiently. The whole team were fantastic from managing bookings to dealing with other agents. I actually had compliments from other agents saying how efficient and informed the team were about my sale when they made enquiries. I would definitely use again and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

We contacted Property Eagle for a property we had found. From the first conversation with Charlotte which was a prompt phone call she was polite, professional and full of knowledge. Our personal circumstances meant we needed to be dealt with in a slightly different manner than I’m sure tenants are normally dealt with. At no point was any questions to much for Charlotte. We have our property now and are so happy. Thank you for all your hard work. I would recommend Property Eagle to anyone and would not hesitate in any future dealings.

Property Eagle, Jayne and Charlotte in particular, have been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. From listing the property, arranging viewings, guiding me through the sale process and even chasing conveyancers during critical stages, I couldn't have asked for a better agent. To top it all off, the price was incredibly competitive!

I have recently purchased a property which has been rather stressful, Charlotte was a massive help and went above and beyond to sort out any issues. She was always available to take my call and respond to my emails very quickly. I would’ve been a lot more stressed if Charlotte hadn’t helped me with challenges I faced. We used Property Eagle to sell our house in December 2020 and were very impressed with the service we received. Our agent Salvatore kept in regular contact with us throughout and managed to secure the full asking price. The process was very easy from start to finish. If you’re happy to show potential buyers around your house I think it’s worth using an online agent. We had previously used two other high street estate agents who both failed to get any offers on our home hence why we tried Property Eagle. Thank goodness we did!

Holding Deposit (per tenancy)

Permitted payments On agreeing a tenancy, we will take a holding deposit of the equivalent to one weeks rent. The holding deposit will be refundable if the tenancy does not proceed subject to: - The landlord has 15 days to make a decision once a holding deposit is taken. - If the tenancy does not go ahead then the money must be repaid in full within 7 days of the deadline being reached or the landlord backing out. - Repayment does not need to be in full if the tenant backs out of the tenancy agreement themselves, fails right to rent checks, has provided false or misleading information, or where the landlord tries their best to get the information needed but the tenant fails to provide it within the 15 days. - If the tenancy does go ahead, the holding deposit must be returned within 7 days of agreement, unless it is converted into part payment of the actual deposit or used towards the initial rent payment.
