We recently purchased our first property with Miller Town & Country Tavistock. We felt very supported at every step of the process, with frequent check-ins and updates and super quick responses to our questions. Sally managed our purchase once our offer was accepted and she went above and beyond to help get us into our new home before Christmas. At one point it was looking impossible due to issues created by our mortgage lender, but Sally used her connections and worked incredibly efficiently (and resolutely!) with our mortgage broker to get everything resolved in time. We really feel like we lucked out with such a fantastic team behind us. Huge thanks to Sally and the team!

And fully up to speed: I don't think I asked a question that Ally didn't have an answer to.
On the very few occasions that Ally was not available, other members of the office were also aware of the details of the transaction.

We have bought & sold a number of properties over the past 5 years and have used a variety of estate agents. However, none have come close to giving the standard of service & support we received from Miller Town & Country during our recent sale. From initial viewing to final completion, they have gone above and beyond to both expedite the sale & achieve the best price for us.
We'd like to make a special mention of Ali, who dealt with our sale and kept in contact with us on an almost daily basis. She liaised with all third parties (solicitors, surveyors, etc) and made sure that enquiries and processes progressed as quickly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kindly took care of a multitude of issues on our behalf.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Miller TC to any prospective seller (or indeed, buyer) and we look forward to using them again in the future.
