I waited to write this review to see if anything changed but it didn't if not getting worse. Be careful when you check properties with this agency, I had the building I was staying in, infested with bed bugs and realized months later when they also infested my room. Months where i was not able to sleep and the landlord dealt with it the "cheapest" option which was not an issue for me. The issue came up when because of the really bad situation my room got, I needed to leave the property and needed my deposit back and a retention of the month as a compensation also for everything I did throw away. From some expensive mirror, bed frames, clothes also from work which I was unable to wash. The landlord would tell you something and then do something else as to try to fool you. Additionally because I was paying rent privately to the landlord (never do this if the landlord himself asks you, trust me) the agency took my deposit from a protection scheme and gave it to the landlord privately who also never put in a deposit scheme (I am sure it is illegal though). Threfore I am now unable to claim it on the schemes website if not the only solution would be to go to court. Because things have been unfair and the agency completely disappeared when I needed help the most I am here writing this review. They also stopped answering calls and being interested in your issues because who cares if they are the ones also making money out of it right next to the Landlord. Tariq, bravo, he completely disappeared from earth so again don't expect anything from this agency. The property in question is located in Ladbroke Grove next to the station (if you ever got to see it from ads). Never trust people who only care about their pockets.
