All the staff at Belvior are extremely helpful, and have a good all round comprehensive knowledge of the property and the type of tenants and tenancies to offer. They are always friendly and go out of their way to make you welcome, making tea whilst you complete forms etc.

Belvoir are not the cheapest... but I believe the well known adage, 'you pay for what you get' holds true and, as an overseas landlord I am happy to pay the little extra for the assurance and comfort it brings to know everything is being managed well.

The fact I now have three properties, all let through Belvoir should in itself speak of my belief in and satisfaction with all they do.

I think these reviews are based on branch location and of course you're either a Tennant, Landlord, prospectus Tennant or prospectus Landlord, so everyone's going to have different opinions.
Speaking as a prospectus Tennant (looking around for a property).
Let me just say, it would have been a LOT quicker if I was given the Landlord's number than just to let this agency try and contact them. They got in touch saying the landlord could do 6.30pm which my partner and I had already told them I am working during that time, so they then had to ring the landlord back. I had to ring the agency back a few days later when I didn't hear anything from them. The agency said they hadn't heard anything back from the landlord and asked if I wanted them to phone again, I did, so they phoned, and they got a response from the landlord.... Perseverance guys.
Initially on first contact, when we asked for car parking information, we got the answer we believe so rather than we'll check for you, it might seem like a little niggle, but you want your agency to be 100% sure.
After we had the viewing with the first property's landlord, I requested a viewing for another property and got a rude email where Traci stated something we said to the landlord - of which I didn't say! No apologies when corrected, either. We have a right to ask the landlord questions, which apparently seem to be openly discussed between the landlords and the agency... seems quite disgusting to be honest - as communications from the agency and myself are supposed to be confidential and are intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed - as stated from their emails.
In a nutshell, from my experience with this Telford branch (not speaking for them all), some staff are rude, they will rush you, they make you feel like you're an inconvenience and are slow to contact... not the slowest, I have had slower.
But, no property is worth this faff. Maybe you'll have a different experience as a person trying to find a property with a different branch. I really do hope you have a better experience.

From start to finish Belvoir have been a fantastic help in securing me the property I am now renting.
I dealt with Traci who arranged a viewing the day I enquired then another to make sure it was what I was looking for. The property is amazing and the moment I saw it knew I wanted it.
I was dealt with promptly and efficiently and all paperwork was completed, searches were done and I was in the property within a week.
The day I collected my keys was exciting and again I was looked after well, all paperwork clearly explained to me by Freda and the keys handed to me within half an hour.
The owner Simon even came out to introduce himself to me.
A great letting agent to deal with and I hope to be dealing with them for years to come.
Many Thanks Simon, Traci and all the staff at Belvoir.
