I began renting an apartment through Inner City Estates about 3 weeks ago. The whole process of viewing and moving in felt natural and easy. In particular Paul Goldie was really helpful throughout and great conversation too. Now that I have settled in a bit and dealt with the maintenance team as well I can happily say that they are also prompt and professional in communication, particularly Diane. Altogether an excellent estate agents who I would gladly recommend.

The absolute flakiest company I have ever had dealings with - was in the middle of booking a viewing and the person I was dealing with suddenly completely vanished and stopped responding, they take over a week to reply to emails, when I phoned up they seemed panicked and like
