When I first took the plunge to sell my property and buy a new one (both with Castles in Enfield branch), I was quite nervous and worried as I was entering into an unknown territory – i.e. out of my usual comfort zone. However, I felt more at ease after my initial interactions with Stephen, Ashli and Franco as they were very pleasant and friendly. From the outset, they clearly went through all the possible scenarios, some were tough to hear but I realised, they were preparing me for all eventualities to manage my expectations realistically on this complex and long journey. It was refreshing that they didn't fill me with any false hopes just because it would sound better and what us, the clients, would prefer to hear! As time went on, they supported me with their honest and sound advice/guidance and I realised how valuable their vast knowledge/experience was. I have witnessed first-hand how hard they work, tirelessly and long hours, how much sacrifice they make to ensure they work around their clients’ needs and not the other way round. Things that we, as their clients, don’t see/realise and often take for granted just because they are so accommodating. I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Stephen, Ashli and Franco so much that now I have exchanged contracts on both properties (all in just three months), I will miss our dealings but I will always have the highest respect for them, they have been absolutely amazing, extremely professional and such nice down-to-Earth people. Thankyou Stephen, Ashli and Franco, keep up the good work, you’re all fantastic in every sense!

We sold our property through Castles.
Stephen Oswick, the manager came and did the original assessment. We were instantly impressed. He was professional and friendly. His valuation was good and consistent with our expectations. He explained the process and arranged for the photography and marketing to take place. The whole process was reasonably straightforward from thereon and where there were issues, Stephen was supportive with good and clear levels of communication. A thorough professional and Castles are an excellent company. Ashli also very helpful. Highly recommended.

This retirement flat was a good little property but by definition, of limited appeal. Castles procured a steady flow of viewings and found a suitable buyer. They gave feedback on viewings which was helpful and it was obvious they were proactive. Once the buyer was clearly committed, there were a number of conditions and requirements that needed to be arranged. Throughout the process, Castles were most helpful and reassuring.

A1 service from start to finish.
I had 4 estate agents come to give valuations, Stephen stood out from the rest right from the start. He was punctual, had done his research, was knowledgeable and professional, without being pushy.
Castles kept us up to date every step of the way, I received emails confirming viewings and regular feedback. There was always someone there to answer the phone and my calls were always promptly returned if there person I needed to speak to was out of the office.
Viewings were on time and as the property was empty, all viewing were managed by Castles.
We had a number of offers and were advised on the best course of action.
Castles didn’t just drop us once the offer was accepted, they kept in contact and chased the buyers when necessary.
Tbh, if there is anything to complain about I can usually find it! But I have to say I have absolutely nothing negative to say! This review is not in exchange for anything, simply because a great service was received. Thank you

I thought the sale of the house was going to be a headache until I was introduced to Nof. He took complete control of the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending this person to represent you in the house market. In fact I hope someone does need an agent so that I can give a trouble free recommendation. This man is an example of what an estate agent should be. I usually do not give rave reviews as I would hate someone to have a bad experience based on my recommendation but this man left me with no doubts on any future dealings he may undertake.
