Efficient and seamless! The turnaround time from viewing the property, to putting an application in and being notified that I'd been accepted was exceedingly quick (less than 48 hr). Monica was professional, cordial and eager to assist throughout the process. Any issues with the property identified when I moved in were promptly resolved requiring no chasing from me. I've never experienced a letting agent so on the ball! Would highly recommend to prospective tenants for an easy and comprehensive letting experience.

Had a great experience with Letit, the staff who I had dealt with are lovely & professional, it was my first time renting & just under 2 years of being a tenant, the experience with them has been fab. Special Thanks to Monica, Finlay & Derek making me feel so welcome, being so polite, also accommodating to me and responding to my emails in such a timely manner. The only slight down side was at the very end when my final property check was done, I received a slightly passive aggressive email regarding a door stopper. Matter was resolved but not as nice in to deal with. Other than that, the company is great to work with. Thanks so much again.

this the worst agency I've ever seen unprofessional stuff Lynn and charlene no manners rude you have to fight for your deposit inever though they were that cheap and the amount of Lay's you ? will hear about your self you will definitely be shocked so just avoid them another thing I got part of my deposit back but that was after a big massive ongoing case fight so but I'm glad igot some of my money back and that was a victory ✌
