Javaid and his team have managed my property for several years. Throughout, they have gone above and beyond to ensure the property is tenanted effectively while also going out of their way to help the tenant. Would use again without hesitation for any future properties and would highly recommend others to use for all their investment and rental needs. Javaid in particular clearly cares about both his landlords and his tenants and is clearly driven by the principle of doing the right thing.

We have been with Martin & Co, Shawlands for 10 years and the service has been exemplary. There has been very little input from myself as everything is dealt with by the office professionally and efficiently. I have used Martin n co 25 years and I’ve lived in my current flat 20 years. I would recommend Martin n co to anyone even family. I feel safe and secure using Martin n co. The owner off my flat lives in Australia and is very hard to contact. Martin n co deal with this so I have no stress. Any problems that occur get dealt with the same day again I feel no stress. The staff always go over and beyond . The staff have worked there years which is great I know exactly who to speak to different issues. There is an emergency contact number out off hours. I recently got flooded by my neighbours upstairs late at night. I had to phone the fire brigade who cut my electricity off until a liscenced electrician checked my electrics and deemed it safe. Javaid knows I have a disabled child and he sent an electrician so late at night who made my house safe to stay in. Once the ceiling lights had dried out came and fixed everything. I am very happy with the service I receive from Martin and co. I never have any stress to deal with due to the staff dealing with anything the same day.
