I am absolutely sure this chain would not have been achieved without the skilled and sensitive management of the rural & exclusive team. It felt at several times that they were driving the conveyancing, chasing solicitors, contractors and supporting everyone in the chain to achieve their dream moves. Our house was superbly marketed, with a really professional package which made our home sparkle and was sold to the first person to view it! The whole team demonstrated what going above and beyond actually achieves, Jenna and Rob worked hard to keep the purchase and sales on track, however special mention must go to Angela, who was across all parts of the chain transactions, sensitively and patiently managing the inevitable bumps in the road. I know without her help the whole chain would not of completed successfully. Downsizing was a very difficult decision us. It was with much trepidation that we approached Paul Carr Exclusive Homes. Angela Preece was an our agent and we found her to be very understanding of what a difficult process it was us. We had lived in the same property more than 40 years nad needed to downsize because the property was becoming too difficult to manage. We were looking to buy and PC kept us up to date with properties of the right size and price bracket - it's interesting that very few agents seem to take that much interest. We viewed a number - they were always prompt with the arrangements and on time. It felt like they were trying to help us buy as well as their seller sell.

Angela was absolutely brilliant in helping us through the buying process of our property. She made sure to get to know us and our situation at the start of the process and always made sure to be thoughtful as to how she could best help us through the process with as little stress as possible, something that was very important to us given that my wife was pregnant at the time. She made sure that she constantly kept us up to date with any progress and went above and beyond many times throughout the process to help get the purchase over the line. My wife and I can whole-heartedly recommend Angela and the Paul Carr team for any sale or purchase of a property and we would certainly use them again if we were looking to buy or sell a property.
