Homesbook was founded in September 2011 by the current Managing Director, Craig Rodger.
At the outset Homesbook operated as a free online platform for sellers, landlords, tenants, and buyers.
In October 2012 Homesbook took on their first managed let property and quickly established themselves as one of the l
eading local agents throughout the G66 and surrounding area, managing in the region of 200 let properties. This side of the business has recently been sold to concentrate on our Factoring.
In addition to letting, Homesbook have undertaken over 20 home renovation projects.
Homesbook became a registered Factor in August 2013 and embarked on its first factoring project at Dalrymple Court in Kirkintilloch. Since then, we have taken on other developments within Glasgow City centre and the central belt HBF have also in the last year started to advertise on STV & SKY TV generating a local Glasgow trustworthy brand.
Following on from the success of these ventures the company hope to offer its services to other developments.

We had a roof problem that the prior factor couldn't cure, so Craig came out with his drone and pin marked the problem, which was fixed within 48 hours.

HBF is a very professional property management company. They worked with us during our difficult time of moving out and their communication is excellent. Don't get me wrong, no company is perfect. There will always be things to improved upon but compared to some places I've rented from in the past, these Gyes do an amazing job. Thank you!

HBF has been my property manager for three years. They are professional, thoughtful and timely. They can also handle property's purchase and sale which is quite convenient for client. I have recommend this company to several of my friends and they are all happy with them. One of my friend just bought more than five houses in Glasgow through them and rent all these houses out in three months.
