Our Brownhills office is based on the busy High Street with a team dedicated to offering an individual and personalised service to all their clients.

The valuation was realistic but not priced low to achieve a quick sale (the other main High Street agent quoted £20k less!) and when an offer came in they negotiated to get us the best possible price when we were prepared to accept.

We found our dream house and put in an offer which was accepted. However, the offer could be superceded by another interested party,if they were in a position to purchase straight away. Our house wasn't even on the market! Paul Carr Brownhills were dealing with the dream house,were aware of our position, got our valuation, photographs and spec done within 24hrs, and the house was advertised within 48hrs. They rang round potential buyers they thought may be interested, secured viewing after viewing and we sold within 3 days. Jo and her team were amazing, very supportive, so helpful and determined to make our dream come true. I cannot thank this team enough. We know have our dream home. A professional efficient outfit,highly recommended.

Their calm and reassuring nature kept us positive throughout. They were professional and relentless in their ambitions to not only sell our house, but also to help us find (and successfully offer) on another property. They were excellent with communication throughout and all for a reasonable fixed fee at the end. So grateful to Rachel and the team. It's been a long year, but so glad we went with Paul Carr! We engaged the Brownhills branch to help us sell our late mother's house and have been happy with the work undertaken on our behalf. Matt, Debbie and Jimmi-Anne have been helpful, friendly and kept us well informed. We were lucky to be selling at a time when the market was bouyant so there were quite a few viewings and offers; indeed it was sold within a week so it was then a case of waiting. Based on my experience, I would be more than happy to use them again.
