Absolutely fantastic agent that I have worked with for 15 years for my properties. They go the extra mile when assisting tenants and landlords and Francesca has been brilliant when dealing with a sensitive issue with a recent client. I have also used Belvoir to take over the running of an additional property where the prior agent mismanaged the tenant and the property entered into disrepair. Belvoir were exceptional dealing with and resolving these issues too

Libby from Belvoir in Long Eaton NOTTINGHAM was amazing!! We are first time buyers and she made the whole process a breeze from the initial viewing of the property to after we received the keys.

Belvoir Long Eaton and Beeston has managed my rental property in Bramcote for over 15 years with excellent friendly and professional service from all the staff. Whenever an existing tenant has vacated, my property has been re-let in double quick turnaround time.
In January 2023 I had my rental property in Bramcote valued free of charge for a potential sale.
In February 2023 my residential house in Wollaton was valued free of charge. Libby Mellors came to the property and carried out a through survey in a professionally friendly and efficient way.
When an existing tenant vacated my rental property in May2023, Belvoir put up the property for sale on my behalf. However due to the very fluctuating market conditions with falling house prices and difficulty for buyers to obtain mortgages, I decided to relet the property. Once again, Belvoir Long Eaton did this in double quick time.
All in all, I am full of admiration and praise for Libby Mellors in Sales and Lettings and Branch Manager Francesca Barlow-Goodall in carrying out the important functions of Sales and Lettings in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
