Only occasionally in life do you end up making a choice that turns out to be the best one you could have made at the point of choosing. This happened to me when I chose Alex Broadley to sell the precious family home of 48 years in the Kirby Fields area of Kirby Muxloe. He was all the things I needed my estate agent to be - professional, knowledgeable, thorough, reliable, personable, communicative, readily available and endlessly patient with all my queries and grumbles along the way! Alex is also very passionate about the history of the houses and of the area in which they are located, additionally ensuring that he deeply understands the needs of the seller. Combine this with his understanding of the needs of the many prospective buyers on his books and it is no wonder that he sold the house to its second viewing, six hours after I handed him the keys! Alex made the very emotive sale of our home as smooth and easy a process as possible, and he was very enjoyable to work with. I highly, highly recommend him you are selling a house, especially in Kirby Muxloe, where he was born and bred , but he also has most of Leicestershire in his DNA. And although I didn't need him a house purchase, I would absolutely suggest prospective buyers get onto his database, because when a house comes his way that is a match you, he'll know about it and you'll be the first to know. Thank you so much Alex.

We were really impressed with the photographer he uses as well the quality was superb. Luckily we had Alex dealing with both our sale and purchase which was really useful and he kept us in the loop with updates throughout. With him being local and contactable personally it has been very reassuring and he has always been on hand to answer any questions we had.
