It didn't take me long to realise I wanted to work with Debra and Tuffin & Wren as soon as she came to visit for the first time. I had requested a little discretion as I had the property valued and she was so considerate as she arrived. The thing that set Debra apart was she arrived with a plan. A well thought out and proactive strategy to sell my home. This was my second time selling but I have been around property sales for years. When I explained to people how she presented ideas, there was a common response that it was unheard of in this price category. Not only did she pitch well, but her and her team delivered on everything they promised, including securing an offer over asking. There was a rationale behind every decision and it paid off. Selling a home will always come with some stress attached but Debra, Joe and Suzanne were so helpful navigating the bumps. I recommended them to a neighbour soon after agreeing to work with them. Even after completion, they continued to help with a few outstanding matters. Thank you Tuffin & Wren. I can't recommend them highly enough.

this proved to be a very difficult sale with many obstacles to overcome lasting some 6 months
Debra Harridge absolutely made my day
her customer service and professionalism has been outstanding throughout ,always available on the phone whatever time of day, keeping us updated with every step and guiding us through all the challenging paperwork
Going the extra mile to make things right She has have such determination and drive an asset to any company
Also Suzanne and Joe whom I dealt with on many occasions for their continued support, again, great customer service and professionalism, always friendly
I would definitely recommend team Tuffin & Wren and their fees are good too

Suzanne Meredith deserves special recognition. She was truly exceptional, and very kind, often working far beyond regular office hours to keep me and the buyers informed and motivated.

Debra and her team have been a delight to deal with from day 1. Their honesty and professionalism, super refreshing. Making this process so much easier.
We were equally impressed by the attention to detail in the photography of ourr home and sales brochure, alongside the viewing itself; given our buyer stayed for almost an hour going through every last detail of our house.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tuffin Wren. I’m so grateful for the time, help and support given. Thank you thank you thank you. If I sell again, it will only be with them.

We went around several agents before choosing Tuffin and Wren because the team were great and they'd been recommended by a couple of friends who had used them.
Everyone was really helpful. Debra explained her plan for the sale and then importantly did exactly what she said she would. We had a first offer within a few days, and ended up getting the initial amount increased up to the full asking price.
As exchange date approached there were problems with the chain. These were not caused by anything the Tuffin and Wren team had done, but they were great and Joe got involved chasing up the other buyers and solicitors to get the deal over the line. Highly recommended, I'd happily use them again.
