We've been very chuffed of our experience of Elevation estate agents, in particular Glen + Issy. Glen showed us around our new home and gave us both lots of time to look at it and also was very approachable and knowledgeable. We very much appreciated his non pressuring of us, giving us the space we needed. Issy was also very good on our 2nd visit, again giving us lots of time for the viewing. She also made a really lovely cup of tea. Genuinely I've been very surprised at the excellent service we've received. We're so used to pushy patronising people dealing with us. This has been a very pleasant transaction thus far. Thanks Glen & Issy for your help and guidance. It is much appreciated. Cheers

Best Estate Agent in Milton Keynes
Did exactly what they said they would do; update us after every viewing, update us at the end of every week on feedback, and sell our house.
All of the staff were pleasant and courteous. Even the staff who are office based came to view our property. This was so during telephone conversations they could speak on an informed basis.
They worked very hard to sell our property, and getting the right price for us.
Posts sales through to completion was provided in house and an excellent service.
As it happened we sold and bought through Elevation, both services were excellent.
We honestly cannot recommend Elevation Estate Agent highly enough.

Utterly poor service, time wasters. Been renting in Cambridge through the MK office since July. 2 move in days were cancelled because of contract not being drawn up and impossible to get in contact with Alex Desborough, our agent. Had to cancel on day before moving in because we had no details of how to pay rent/deposit, no contract sent, no proactive contact or response to our calls to the branch. Finally got a move in date. A few minor issues when moving in, and no working key fobs for the building. I understand that some problems may arise when taking a new property, but we are now TWO MONTHS IN and nothing is resolved. Escalated to the Director of Lettings, Mark Gary, who called very apologetically after 1 month, promising resolution. Still no contact since this and no response from emails and calls. Absolute joke of a company, no regard for tenants. over £500 in fees for no service or even working keys to the property. AVOID

I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed to the viewing that Jonny told me (Saturday 25th at 4pm) I could't wait.
Saturday arrived, I missed a call from johnny and he left me a voicemail to say please can you confirm your 4pm viewing. I couldn't call back as he knew I was in work until 4pm. I called back at 2:30 no one answered the office phone, I tried 4 times. I then get a call from Johnny from his work mobile explaining the viewing has been cancelled as he can not get hold of the tenants. Hard to believe as he had a whole day and the rest of Friday afternoon to sort this. I was okay, I had a good evening ahead. While I was on the phone to Johnny, he explained that he will sort it for Monday, I asked him to guarantee as it was bank holiday and it's the only day I have off. All agreed, he assured me it would be Monday... great i was pleased.
Monday arrived... it got to 10am I called and none answered, I text johnny, no answer, I rang his mobile no answer so I left it a bit longer. I called the office at 10:30am and suprise suprise Jonny was off sick on back holiday Monday... no one knew who I was and Johnny had done nothing, not even called the tenants. I was a my great nans that day as she had a fall so I was stressed and didn't have a lot of time in between to call... no one was helpful and I called back 4 times after being promised by another gentleman called Spencer that he would get it arranged. Called back at 1pm and he said we can not get anything sorted and that they closed in an hour and a half and he will call me back before he leaves to get something booked. SHOCK HORROR I didn't get a call.
Im sure that i enough to understand that you should never go with this company... a bunch of young kids who have not control or care for anyone... and the company are going to keep losing out on money until they get rid of the no experienced juniors. WILL NEVER EVER USE AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HAVE ALREADY BEEN INFORMED.

Ok good things first Amy Booth is really good and so is their branch manager Paul (I think thats his name), Lincoln is extremely rude and patronising, problem with elevation is not elevation itself but thier in house mortgage brokers The mortgage light, you can have a mortgage in principle but still they'll force you to go through Mortgage light and if you don't have any chance of getting the property because they won't even consider you, be wary of mortgage light they're one of the worst brokers in the market, absolute cowboys, I am seriously considering getting in touch with authorities to have their licence revoked.
