As a Landlord for over 10 years and a client of Absolute Sales and Lettings (Paignton Branch) I think I can form an honest opinion of their services as a letting agent. The staff that manage my property are extremely helpful and when problems arise they are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The inspections are thorough and well documented, so you know exactly the condition of the property and any potential problems are pointed out. A big thank you to all the staff involved, from accounts to administration and of course the property managers who deal with so many Landlords and trying to keep them all happy is not a easy task. I now leave the rental sector for new ventures, but I have no hesitation in recommending Absolute to any Landlord that wants to rent out their property.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
