We rented a two-bedroom property through Easthams and Co. and had a positive experience overall and we found their team to be exceptionally professional and supportive throughout our time with them. Chloe Ollerton - She has been a key figure in ensuring our renting process went smoothly and has been fantastic to work with during our tenancy. She is highly efficient and always prompt in addressing any issues or queries we've had. Her professionalism and dedication ensured that our letting process went smoothly from start to finish. We greatly appreciate her proactive approach and excellent communication skills. Moreover, Her prompt responses to our queries and efficient handling of paperwork demonstrated her dedication to providing excellent service. It's reassuring to know that Chloe is always there to address any issues that arise, making renting with them a stress-free experience. Claire – she has been an absolute lifesaver whenever we've encountered maintenance issues. Her promptness and efficiency in resolving problems have been impressive. Claire is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, ensuring that all our maintenance needs are swiftly addressed. We are grateful for her support and responsiveness throughout our tenancy. Mike Hurst - He conducted our pre-let check with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. His attention to detail was evident, and he ensured that the process was smooth and stress-free for us. Mike's friendly demeanour and thoroughness left a positive impression, reflecting his commitment to ensuring a seamless transition between tenancies. Moreover, he ensured that everything was for our move-out, and his courteous manner made the process seamless. Louise Holmes - She has been incredibly supportive throughout our tenancy. Her understanding and empathy towards our situation were invaluable, making the entire renting experience much smoother and her understanding and empathy regarding our situation were greatly appreciated. Louise's professionalism and willingness to assist have been exemplary, and we are grateful for her proactive approach to addressing any concerns we had. She handles administrative tasks with efficiency and always goes the extra mile to assist us with any queries or concerns. Louise's dedication to customer care makes her an invaluable asset to the company. Matt (Director) - Receiving a thank-you note from Matt was a wonderful gesture that highlighted his thoughtfulness and personal touch. It's clear that he cares deeply about the experience of tenants and values the relationships built with clients. His leadership sets a positive tone for the entire team.
