Craig has been excellent throughout the whole sales process. We were relocating home and business so our circumstance was more complex and demanding than most. We had had our property up for sale with a different agent who claimed to have found a buyer but that fell through wasting weeks of our time. Craig achieved a sale within 2 weeks with no expectation of a contract, reasonable fees, and remained in touch throughout the process, chivvying and chasing buyers and solicitors as was needed. We particularly like the dedicated WhatsApp group Belvoir Warrington use for ease of communication. In summary, we thoroughly recommend.

There were a few maintenance and appliance issues with the property after move in, and after a few calls to Belvoir they have now been resolved.
My only feedback point would be to be more thorough with the inventory and cleaning before new tenants move in to avoid having to resolve issues later down the line (e.g check that appliances such as a dishwasher actually work before new tenants move in and have the property cleaned if there are clear signs that this needed to be done).

I recently sold a house using Belvoir Warrington. Gary and Craig kept me updated every step of the way and their support and help was invaluable.
They created a WhatsApp group for everyone involved so that we all knew exactly what was happening. Unfortunately the sale fell through due to personal reasons but was quickly resold a couple of weeks later.
Gary and Craig were professional and helpful all the way through and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to move.
