Can't really recommend this firm at all. What I did like was James' approach to valuation, they did produce an accurate valuation which meant the property went quickly under offer. The photos etc did the property justice. However when it came to sales progression it was clear the un-named person who works in an evening signing off emails 'sales progression' was not kept up to date by the daytime staff, this meant emails that were taken as being quite rude as they were asking questions they should have known. It seemed the agent was working for the buyer, often slow to respond if they did at all. Eventually sale completed after a lot of hard work on my part, still felt the pressure was being applied to suit the buyer throughout (James made a comment on one phone call at least someone is prepared to compromise - meaning the buyer that he was working for, not me who was paying). Final straw is they did not invoice the lawyers in time so the bill was passed on for me to pay, with a due date on 30th September phone calls started on 16th August demanding payment. payment made, they still continued, aggressive communication from Natalie. I have moved and sold more houses than the average person, this was the worst experience in an agent, unfortunately I can not recommend anyone to use them.
