Helpful, professional, available, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable advice from the whole team. As first time buyers, Harry walked us through the process, keeping us informed at every stage and remaining patient, despite delays from our solicitor. We were openly dubious as we had been previously lied to and let down by a different company but since working with Bacon and Co we have learned that good, honest estate agents do exist! Highly recommend from a buyers perspective and will certainly be asking them to sell for us in the future.

My brother used Bacon & Co for the sale of his house recently. Off of the back of a successful negotiation we instructed them to handle the sale of our mother's property. Harry has been our main point of contact throughout and has been excellent. We had an idea of valuation and we invited their input. The property was sold STC within 12 hours of going "live" and we are hopeful of completing within 2 months. A thoroughly professional service that we'd happily recommend.
