Your support, kindness and very excellent and quick response had really made a lot in our home. Haart letting as a company have really got a brilliant, quick response and an excellent compliance officer like Lynna Proctor. A hard working and an experienced person like Lynna Proctor has to be awarded for her good job done; which will also give an exemplary act to her other colleagues. The countless hours of job, the dedication to research, responding quickly to problem solving and a good communication skills. Bunch of incompetent cowboys. AVOID! Had no idea that a property they were letting out was already agreed with a competitor. After I had pointed this out to them I was told to hang around and wait to see I could view the property. I'd then got in contact with the competitor to get the answers... Read Full Review

Bunch of incompetent cowboys. AVOID! Had no idea that a property they were letting out was already agreed with a competitor. After I had pointed this out to them I was told to hang around and wait to see I could view the property. I'd then got in contact with the competitor to get the answers that spicerhaart still didn't know. Then was told I was abusive when I called to question how I could know more about a property than they do. Obviously didn't like being made to look stupid. An embarrassment of a company and totally incompetent. Also shows I'm not the only one when reading other comments. Hopefully the renters rights bill and more regulation on this industry will be put cowboys like this out of business

Dreadful. They Manage the flat I rent. I have been asking for a broken window to be repaired for almost 70 days, a broken intercom and tap for almost 60 days. Many promises, little action. All the faults were present when they rented me the house. Unforgiveable... Read Full Review
