I simply cannot recommend John and Zoe highly enough. They are not only the most experienced, knowledgeable, honest and decent agents I have dealt with, but they directed my sale professionally and diligently and with such care and kindness. They went above and beyond with what was a particularly frustrating situation. I live a long way from Brighton and my property had already been on the market for over a year with various leaking issues when they took it on and yet this did not phase them. To say I will be eternally grateful to John and Zoe for selling it, and at such a good price, is an understatement.

Most importantly they got my property sold at a good price. I also bought my property from them 12 years ago and had a similar positive experience as a buyer. I decided to use John Hoole Estate Agents to sell my flat in Brighton because of their outstanding reviews online. Throughout the whole sale process John and Zoe exceeded my expectations, they were kind, professional, always willing to go the extra mile to help with any queries or problems and personally chased up solicitors and Freeholders, even hand delivering paperwork to ensure that the sale proceeded as smoothly and quickly as possible. It was a complicated sale with many parties involved and without John and Zoe’s guidance and persistence on my behalf the sale would not have gone through. They offer a truly outstanding service and throughout the process nothing was ever too much trouble and I was made to feel like a friend rather than a client. I am extremely grateful to them both.

I had a great experience with John Hoole. As a first-time buyer, I was a novice when it came to the purchase process. I was also a little jaded by disappointing viewings and negative experiences of other agents. The first property Zoe showed me was the one I ended up purchasing - from the time I saw it for the first time to completion, Zoe could not have been more helpful. What I expected to be an immensely stressful and frustrating process was actually easy and straightforward. Overall I found Zoe and John's conduct to be very friendly, professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
