I am very grateful and appreciative of both Martin and Sam for being so professional and also very heartfelt in the smooth process of being able to rent a 2 bedroom flat for myself and my 2 children. Even though I pestered them with my numerous phone calls, not once were they abrupt with me. They treated me and my daughter with utmost respect, making sure we were comfortable with all the financial jargon and agreements involved. They stayed in constant communication with me to ensure I was satisfied with my tenancy. Lastly Thank you once again for everything. I would highly recommend Salter McGuiness especially Sam and Martin, the senior lettings negotiators.
