Sale of the property was handled efficiently from start to finish and I was kept informed of progress throughout the process. Several extra requests by me regarding the property; ie. implementing low central heating over the winter months; was organised and maintained as was ongoing meter readings and the like. I would unreservedly recommend Go View to anybody considering selling a property.

My recent experience with this property and the associated parties has been deeply concerning. During the transaction process, significant issues were brought to light, including the existence of a council enforcement notice that was not fully disclosed. The estate agency, along with certain individuals, notably Helen Collins and Michael Bolger, appeared to downplay this critical information. There were repeated attempts to pressure my solicitor into proceeding with the purchase despite these unresolved matters, which could have resulted in severe financial penalties post-purchase. My solicitor, at one point, faced harassment and undue pressure from the involved parties, further complicating the situation. While I am uncertain about the seller's involvement, I believe the agency knowingly advertised the property under misleading circumstances, potentially to expedite a sale without full transparency. As a result, this has caused significant financial and emotional distress for my family. I intend to escalate the matter to Ealing Council and have all the necessary evidence to support my claims. I urge anyone considering this property to proceed with caution and ensure thorough due diligence. Should you require further information or evidence, I am happy to provide it upon request. Please be vigilant and do not allow this review to be overshadowed by marketing efforts.</p>

Each individual that was involved in the process was professional helpful and friendly.
Both Michael Bolger and James Furniss-Roe were great in marketing the flat and then finding a buyer for it, following which Helyn Collins and Paul Harty ensured not only that the sale was completed but in really quick time.

<p>In my experience, GoView's property management team, ^*^*^ lacks empathy towards tenants. They seem more interested in making a commission than in helping tenants. I felt like I was just a commission pot to them, and they didn't really care about my needs. I believe this is because ^*^*^ sets a poor example for the rest of the team. As the head of property management, she should be setting the standard for empathy and customer service, but she is not doing that. Instead, she is creating a culture where tenants are seen as a nuisance and their needs are not a priority. It's like the proverb says, "a fish rots from the head down." </p><p> They have online portal where you can see the agreement I was not able to access it. When I asked *^*^^ about the online portal where I could see my rental agreement, but they both said they had never heard of it. </p><p> I believe that letting agencies should be completely eliminated. They are not problem solvers or consultants. Even a sales consultant is a problem solver, and that's how they make sales. However, letting agencies like GoView claim to be sales consultants, but they are not. </p><p> When I rent a property, I start by viewing the flat. If I like it, I finalize the agreement and complete the paperwork. Once I'm moved in, if there are any problems, GoView says to speak to the landlord. This suggests that their only responsibility is paperwork, not property management. </p><p> Property Management is much more than just paperwork. </p><p> I believe that the entire rental system should be automated so that tenants and landlords can deal with each other directly, without the middleman of a real estate agent. This would significantly reduce rental costs, as there would be no commission fees.</p>
