Mollie was our estate agent for the purchase of our first property after the previous one we tried to buy fell through. She was amazing from the very beginning to the end. She took us to a number of properties and was never pushy, allowing us to make up our mind about each of them. When we made the offer, she helped us secure it very quickly and we were lucky that she was the one handling our case to the end (in our previous experience, we got passed out to another agent and we never heard back from the person who helped us with the visits). During the conveyancing process, Mollie was extremely considerate of the fact that we had just lost a property and since we were buying this flat with the condition that the lease would be extended, we were a bit nervous that something could go wrong. Not only did she help us navigate this unknown, she was also always giving us updates even before we had to chase and when we had any questions, she always got back to us within the day. We felt like she was in our corner and really cared about this working out for us. If we ever have to sell our flat, we would definitely want Mollie to be our estate agent.

She was amazing from the very beginning to the end.
She took us to a number of properties and was never pushy, allowing us to make up our mind about each of them. Mollie then asked us if we had time for her to drive us to a property nearby which she thought we might like, and thankfully we went because that was the property we loved and moved into.

Mollie then asked us if we had time for her to drive us to a property nearby which she thought we might like, and thankfully we went because that was the property we loved and moved into.
Mollie was great throughout the process, from keeping us updated with the sellers circumstances, to chasing all parties, to explaining legal jargon to us, to letting us know when she’s on annual leave. She’s everything you’d want from an estate agent: communicative, polite and most importantly follows through!
Vince and Pamela were also very polite and helpful too throughout :)

Mollie and Vince are absolutely brilliant!
They are the agents that guide and support you every step, incredibly communicative and go above and beyond to help move the sale along.
We lost our first buyer and within 2 weeks they had helped us secure a new buyer. The process wasn’t smooth due to uncommunicative solicitors but Mollie was incredible with keeping the communication going between ourselves, our buyer and solicitors.
I wish I could work with them for any future moves!
