David has handled a non-standard property transaction with clarity, sound advice at every step and turned a potential nightmare into a do-able project – albeit with David providing the plan, pulling together a team of contractors, project oversight and signing up a tenant one month before the project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
Outstanding communication – given that I am based 120 miles away and only visited twice during the refurb phase. To say I'm pleased is a massive understatement!

It’s been a pleasure to find my rental studio apartment through Kings Langley estates. David has seen me from the viewing all the way to move in date. No question was too much to answer. A few maintenance issues on moving in today which should be dealt with by property management but David took it upon himself to sort it out going the extra mile top service highly recommend.

The service I received from David on the sale of my property was truly remarkable and went way beyond what I could have hoped for. A serious buyer was soon found and the sale progressed. He went way beyond with project managing insurance repair work within a very short time frame to present a property on completion day that just bowled the buyer over. Very personal service and a complete understanding of his client's needs. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
