Moving House? Well it’s said to be one of life most stressful experiences. Here at Belvoir Bedford we recognise this, and that
is why we have developed our award winning customer service to try to make the mechanics of it a little easier and a lot less stressful. Be it Buying, Selling, Letting or Renting, we’ve been there before and would love to try and help you find that perfect pad, brilliant buyer, tenant or landlord.
Like many of our compatriots across the country, we are locally owned and operated. We have lived in Bedford for a number of years, so know the town, its property and people. We set up Belvoir Bedford over 14 years ago, as at the time, we felt let down by the service on offer from most of the local agents. In Belvoir, we saw a wonderful national brand that we could take and mold into a business that suited Bedford and its residents.
As part of the Belvoir National Franchise Network, we can offer the scale and security of larger corporate businesses, but at the same time, as we own the business, we are close to whats happening and appreciate the implications of the service we provide to all our Buyers, Vendors, Tenants and Landlords.

I have been using Belvoir to manage my properties in Bedford for the past ten years. As a non-resident landlord, it gives me peace of mind to know my properties are being well managed under Stephanie Powell. Finding new tenants for a vacant property has always been quick and efficient, keeping the void period to a minimum. Any issues that may arise are dealt with quickly and queries are answered promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Bedford.

Very disappointing.. We were renting for over a Year just to find out that the boiler was leaking Carbon monoxide Due to missing part. Their gas engineer then 'fixed' the boiler with DIY part, so in fear we decided to move out. Now, we are trying to get our deposit back, but Belvoir wants to... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not to lie, not to put people health at risk, not to allow DIY works at properties

Avoid the agency if you are tenant, they will ignore you when you need something, they only care about the landlords.
