Molly and Ellie have been great. Beercocks charged a higher fee than other agents but I went with them as they said they’d provide a better service and felt they could secure me the best price for the property - and they have done just that. It was worth paying a bit more money as the quality of service I have received has been great. They have kept me informed throughout, always been available to answer any queries I have, and, most importantly, they have found me a buyer (for a property which I thought may be tricker to sell than most). I would definitely recommend.

This has been my second experience with Beercocks as an estate agent. I sold my previous home with the Kingswood branch recently and I've just purchased a new home with the Beverley branch and both branches reflected the same service, which is excellent. Ellie and Grace at the Beverley branch have been really great with me. I'm conscious I'm a pedantic person but they responded to my every need quickly and efficiently. Overall I'm very happy and I would recommend Beercocks for both buying and selling.
