I didn’t even haggle on the rental price as he sold me with his knowledge of the house, land lord and the area.
Top marks and as I’m not from the area but my mind at ease.

Really efficient in getting viewings sorted and enquiries answered. Ross showed us around a couple of properties. He was honest with us and took note of our concerns. We were able to ask him anything and 9 times out of 10 he knew the answer there and then. He's really personable and we were able to speak to him like a friend; he wasn't just telling us things to get the deal done so it was a really refreshing approach. Post move we've had any issues or concerns answered and dealt with promptly. Charles Carter is the best lettings agent we've ever dealt with and I would have no hesitation in dealing with them in future, should we decide to move again.

I have rented through several agencies over the years, and would not have recommended any of them, as they have all fallen short In some areas. Whether that be fees, lack of communication or not getting faults fixed! However, Charles Carter are brill I'm all areas. Absolutely no complaints at all. They even made the transition of my move so easy. They have another agency that makes fuel, contents insurance, broadband etc. an easy transfer with the cheapest deals. Never even heard of my current broadband supplier, but the service is the best I've had. I would definitely recommend this company
