I have used Aspire a few times and on the last occasion when a tenant left the property in a disgusting state, filthy and with broken items and also had the cheek to demand her deposit returned in full I appealed to Kulbir of Aspire to act as an intermediary to break the deadlock between tenant and landlord . This Kulbir did and at least I got a small portion of the massive expense of returning the property to its original conditional ,

After 2.5 years, despite "regular inspections" they hadn't noticed the tenant had children or that they were heavy smokers, all against the terms of the rental agreement. After 2.5 years, despite "regular inspections" they hadn't noticed the tenant had children or that they were heavy smokers, all against the terms of the rental agreement. The kitchen cupboards originally white ended up a tar brown colour. They failed to spot any damage done during that time including what the tenant thought was DIY but to anybody else looked like vandalism. this included a hole in the house wall to pass a hose through, a hole in the ceiling repaired with PVC and a garden brick wall plastered with cement. i would never use these agents again

Quick to respond to fixing things that were urgent, minimum of fuss; mostly just stayed out of the way, and the rent stayed pretty low - not much more you could ask of a letting agency really! Could they improve? Yes, nobody's perfect, some non-urgent fixes didn't happen until reminding them an extra couple of times... but it really wasn't a big deal. When there were things that needed actual priority (broken down boiler, leaking shower/bath seal), they were on the case.
