I recently rented accomodation through a gentleman called Kane who deals with lettings at North Walsham. He was so incredibly helpful and efficient. He talked me through the lettings process and on viewing the property I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed. After agreeing to the property, the process was easy and stress free and Kane kept me up to date until I collected the keys. He was friendly yet professional, very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Kane to anyone who is looking to rent through William H Brown, North Walsham. Thank you for all your help during the entire process and for putting me at ease through what I thought was going to be a stressful process. I was moved in within a week!

Julie Howes, Senior Sales Co-ordinator is also very experienced and assisted greatly in progressing our purchase by liasing between us, the vendor and their solicitor. She kept us informed throughout and was a very helpful person to have communication with.

We are after a rental property in the area of Aylsham. After finding one online I spoke to a very nice gentleman called Edward, who is a trainee and in college. Having moved down to Bacton for a contract at the Shell Gas site in 2013, I contacted W H Brown for rental accommodation. From start (August '13) to finishing (November '16) while renting the property I have always found them to be really helpful. The one or two problems I have had in that time were always sorted in a professional and timely manner, usually by Jade or Nicole. Both have a really pleasant attitude and are really helpful when contacted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.
